Rents indicated are for the first occupancy listed. Each additional occupant up to the maximum is an additional $400/month.

All leases are for the full academic year, September through August. For the 2024-2025 academic year, leases start at noon Saturday 24 August 2024, and end at noon Saturday 16 August 2025. All rents include heat, water, and wireless internet. In addition, the rent for Apt. 6 includes electricity.

Parking for tenants is $1920/year ($160/month) additional for each parking slot, a discount from our regular rate of $180/month for non-tenants.

At signing, tenants are required to pay the security deposit (1.5 times one month's rent) and cleaning fee ($600 for Apt 1, $400 for other apartments).
